Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to provide analytical and operational support across our SFR portfolio. You will drive capital reinvestment programs, leverage AI-assisted tools, and partner with corporate and field teams to optimize asset-level NOI performance.

Ideal candidates have experience in residential real estate analytics, data-driven dispositions, and market-specific reinvestment strategies, reporting to the Senior Manager, Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, AI, economics, or related field.
• MS/MBA is a plus.
• 1–3 years in financial/data analysis or real estate asset management preferred.
• Experience in single-family rental or build-to-rent preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to execute capital reinvestment programs across markets.
• Track capital deployment and report performance at asset and market levels.
• Review proposals per established processes and authority levels.
• Support market-level business plans and ROI analysis.
