Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, AI, economics, or a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial/data analysis, investment analysis, or asset management is preferred.
• Experience in single-family rental or institutional residential real estate is advantageous.
• Financial modeling or analytics experience is required.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R is expected; knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboards is preferred.
• Familiarity with data platforms like Yardi, Salesforce, and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support capital reinvestment programs across markets and track deployment performance.
• Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are on schedule and budget.
• Review proposals and assist in market-level business plan development and ROI analysis.
• Develop dashboards and analyses using BI tools and AVMs to forecast NOI and rent growth.
