Job summary

Blackstone seeks an experienced Workplace Experience lead in San Francisco to manage and elevate office services, hospitality, and facilities. You will oversee meetings, events, room bookings, and vendor relations while driving process improvements and cost efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in workplace operations with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. It’s a full-time onsite position offering health benefits, PTO, 401(k), and potential equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, hospitality, or related corporate services.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with diplomacy.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, results-oriented self-starter with good judgment and teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace Experience operations for San Francisco and LA offices, ensuring high-quality service.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and visitor services; manage room bookings and catering.
• Oversee daily office operations, inventory, quality control, and compliance.
• Develop and improve SOPs, service standards, and processes with KPI tracking.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and building management; manage contracts.
• Partner with Facilities, CRE, Design & Construction, Security, Finance, and Procurement on projects.
• Manage Workplace Experience budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
