Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is seeking a Market Development Representative in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on growing sales and market share by executing brand promotions in key on- and off-premise accounts, with about 90% of time spent in retail execution.

The position offers base compensation from $59,439 to $89,158, with eligibility for a bonus program. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health coverage, and ongoing development opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum two years business-to-business sales experience.
• Experience in alcohol beverage industry preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of state and federal liquor laws.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve company goals in volume, distribution, and profitability.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Call on existing accounts within area to obtain new distribution and promote activity.
• Identify and solicit new business and retail opportunities to grow volume and share.
• Ensure proper merchandising and POS materials according to brand standards.
• Conduct staff trainings, beer tastings, and events as needed.
• Secure displays and beer placement for on- and off-premise accounts.
