Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is seeking a Market Development Representative to grow sales and market share in the Houston area. You will execute brand distribution, displays, and promotions across on- and off-premise accounts, dedicating about 90% of time to field execution.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, with 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred and knowledge of liquor laws. Competitive base pay plus benefits and bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience in beverage/alcohol sales is a plus.
• Ability to learn liquor laws and apply them.

Responsabilités

• Call on accounts to grow distribution and market share.
• Identify new business and retail opportunities.
• Ensure proper merchandising and POS support.
• Conduct staff trainings, tastings, and events.
• Coordinate promotions and National Account opportunities.
• Submit reports on area performance to management.
