Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or any combination of education and/or experience covering relevant knowledge.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred for enhanced opportunities.
• 2 years B2B sales experience preferred.
• Previous alcohol beverage industry sales experience preferred.
• Ability to learn state and federal liquor laws.
• Proven track record of meeting business plan goals (volume, distribution, profitability).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.'s history, culture and products.
• Ability to interact with management at retail and wholesale levels.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing accounts within the area to expand distribution and promote activity.
• Identify and pursue new business and retail opportunities to grow volume.
• Ensure proper merchandising and POS materials per brand standards.
• Conduct staff trainings, beer tastings and other events as needed.
• Secure displays and correct beer placement in on- and off-premise venues.
• Deliver exceptional service and become preferred supplier for accounts.
• Operate within brewery and budget guidelines.
• Submit reports on territory and market information to management and wholesalers.
• Coordinate events and promotions to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Execute monthly National Account opportunities.
