Job summary

Alkermes is seeking a Territory Business Manager to cover the San Francisco territory, selling our sleep-disorder medicines and supporting promotional efforts. Ideal candidates are proven sales achievers with strong product knowledge and demonstrated selling skills.

You will work with regional teams, develop business plans, manage provider targets, and travel up to 80%. The base salary ranges from $150,000 to $185,000 with a $45,000 annual incentive and eligibility for long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Must live within SF geography or 25 miles of key customers.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 80%.
• Ability to obtain facility access credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of Alkermes products and disease states.
• Utilize selling skills with approved aids and physician engagement.
• Develop territory lists and maintain target providers.
• Use resources to increase business and discuss territory with RBD.
• Develop business plans and complete admin tasks accurately.
• Exercise fiscal control of expenses.
• Collaborate with colleagues across roles.
• Adhere to promotional compliance.
