Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) in Cerritos, California, is seeking a detail-oriented SEWP Program Coordinator to support the daily operations of the NASA SEWP contract vehicle.

You will review RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and bid requests, obtain pricing, and develop accurate quotations, proposals, and contract submissions for federal government customers. The ideal candidate has experience in federal contracting, government procurement, proposal development, and inside or outside sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven inside or outside sales experience, including direct customer engagement and sales cycle management.
• Experience supporting federal government contracts, procurement, or acquisition programs.
• Experience preparing and managing quotes, proposals, bids, and RFQ responses.
• Strong understanding of government purchasing processes and contract compliance requirements.
• Experience with OEMs, distributors, and vendor partners.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, procurement, contracts, finance, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities supporting GST's NASA SEWP contract vehicle.
• Review customer RFQs, RFPs, RFIs and bid requests to ensure accurate, complete, and timely responses.
• Obtain and evaluate pricing, product availability, and lead times from OEMs, distributors, and vendor partners.
• Build, price, and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation for federal government customers.
• Support the full quote-to-order process, including opportunity qualification, quote development, proposal submission, and order handoff.
• Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP contract requirements, federal procurement guidelines, and company policies.
• Partner with Federal Account Executives to support sales opportunities, customer requests, and business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, contracts, finance, and sales teams to develop competitive and compliant solutions.
• Track quote activity, sales pipeline metrics, contract utilization, and proposal status.
• Maintain contract records, customer documentation, and reporting within CRM, ERP, CPQ, and quote management systems.
