Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales, RFQs, and RFP experience.
• Must have federal government contracts experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• Experience working with OEMs and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal owner of GST's NASA SEWP VI contract.
• Review incoming RFQs and determine required actions.
• Coordinate pricing with manufacturers and distributors.
• Prepare customer quotations and verify product availability.
• Track quote status and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate engineering resources when required.
• Collaborate with Federal Account Executives and cross-functional teams.
