Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside/outside sales with direct customer engagement.
• Experience generating, pricing, and managing quotes, bids, RFQ responses.
• Experience with federal government contracts and procurement processes.
• Experience with NASA SEWP, GWACs, IDIQs, BPA contracts, or similar federal programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities for GST's NASA SEWP contract vehicle.
• Review RFQs, RFPs, and bid requests for timely, accurate responses.
• Obtain and evaluate pricing, availability, and lead times from OEMs and partners.
• Build and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation for federal government customers.
• Support the full quote-to-order process from qualification to handoff.
• Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP and federal procurement guidelines.
• Collaborate with Federal Account Executives and internal teams to drive opportunities.
• Track quote activity and maintain contract records in CRM/ERP/CPQ systems.
