GST, Inc seeks a Contracts & Program Coordinator to support its NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle. You will review RFQs, develop accurate quotes, and craft proposals for federal customers while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires experience with federal procurement, contract compliance, and a fast-paced government sales environment. Expertise in NASA SEWP, GSA schedules, and related contract vehicles is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales roles with customer engagement

Responsabilités

• Review RFQs, RFPs, and bid requests and respond timely
• Obtain pricing from OEMs and distributors and build quotations
• Prepare proposals and contract submissions for federal customers
• Support quote-to-order process and opportunity qualification
• Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP, FAR, and procurement policies
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, contracts, finance, and engineering teams
• Track pipeline, contract utilization, and proposal status
• Maintain contract records in CRM/ERP/CPQ systems
