Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) in Cerritos, CA, seeks a Federal Government Contract Coordinator to support the NASA SEWP/GWAC programs.

You will review RFQs and bids, obtain pricing, and build accurate quotes, proposals, and contract submissions for federal customers. The role requires coordination with account executives, procurement, contracts, and engineering to ensure compliant, competitive responses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience.
• Experience generating, pricing, and managing customer quotes and RFQ responses.
• Experience supporting federal government contracts and procurement processes.
• Experience with NASA SEWP, GWACs, IDIQs, or similar federal contract vehicles preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer service communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities supporting GST's NASA SEWP contract vehicle.
• Review customer RFQs, RFPs, and bid requests to ensure accurate, complete, and timely responses.
• Obtain and evaluate pricing, product availability, and lead times from OEMs, distributors, and vendor partners.
• Build, price, and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation for federal government customers.
• Support the full quote-to-order process, including opportunity qualification, quote development, proposal submission, and order handoff.
• Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP contract requirements, federal procurement guidelines, and company policies.
• Partner with Federal Account Executives to support sales opportunities, customer requests, and business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, contracts, finance, and sales teams to develop competitive and compliant solutions.
• Track quote activity, sales pipeline metrics, contract utilization, and proposal status.
• Maintain contract records, customer documentation, and reporting within CRM, ERP, CPQ, and quote management systems.
