Job summary

Golden Star Technology, based in Cerritos, CA, seeks a Contracts & Program Coordinator to manage daily operations of the NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle and support quotes, proposals, and submissions for federal customers.

The ideal candidate has federal contracting experience, proposal development expertise, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced government sales environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience, including direct customer engagement and relationship management
• Experience generating, pricing, and managing quotes, proposals, bids, and RFQ responses
• Experience supporting federal government contracts and procurement programs
• Experience with NASA SEWP, GSA Schedules, GWACs, IDIQs, BPA contracts, or similar federal contracts
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, manufacturers, and technology vendor partners
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer service communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to collaborate with sales, procurement, contracts, finance, and vendor management teams

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities supporting GST's NASA SEWP contract vehicle.
• Review customer RFQs, RFPs, and bid requests to ensure accurate, complete, and timely responses.
• Obtain and evaluate pricing, product availability, and lead times from OEMs, distributors, and vendor partners.
• Build, price, and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation for federal government customers.
• Support the full quote-to-order process, including opportunity qualification, quote development, proposal submission, and order handoff.
• Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP contract requirements, federal procurement guidelines, and company policies.
• Partner with Federal Account Executives to support sales opportunities, customer requests, and business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, contracts, finance, and sales teams to develop competitive and compliant solutions.
• Track quote activity, sales pipeline metrics, contract utilization, and proposal status.
• Maintain contract records, customer documentation, and reporting within CRM, ERP, CPQ, and quote management systems.
