Leoforce is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Analyst to design, implement, and optimize our enterprise systems, including ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, and ERP platforms. You will play a crucial role in integration during growth and M&A activity while improving system performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate has extensive ServiceTitan expertise, deep knowledge of pricebooks and memberships, and a proven track record of influencing leadership and delivering proactive IT

Competenze

• 5+ years in residential trades and 5+ years as a ServiceTitan super user.
• 5+ years of experience with pricebooks and memberships.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and membership types.
• Experience within a ServiceTitan Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Proven ability to deliver proactive solutions and influence senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee the full lifecycle of ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, and ERP systems, including upgrades and performance optimization.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs and contract terms.
• Develop SOPs and best practices to maximize system usage.
• Design and deliver training programs for end-users and maintain training repositories.
• Act as internal consultant for ServiceTitan projects and evolve the CoE.
