ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a seasoned technical leader to define and deliver the architectural direction for company‑wide initiatives. You will write code, lead implementations, and own end‑to‑end quality while remaining close to the codebase.

You will drive major architectural decisions, shape patterns for scalability and reliability, and mentor engineers across teams. Strong cloud, distributed systems, and modern engineering practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise web or SaaS
• 7+ years in senior IC roles delivering scalable systems
• Deep expertise in one tech stack and high adaptability to others
• Strong distributed systems fundamentals and cloud experience

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision for your domain and plan 18+ months ahead
• Write code and lead implementation, ensuring end‑to‑end quality
• Drive major architectural decisions for scale, reliability and security
• Identify reusable patterns and reduce duplication across teams
• Coach and mentor staff and senior engineers in design and systems thinking
• Partner with leadership on roadmaps and non‑functional requirements
