Job summary

SRS Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Full Stack Developer to design and implement scalable UI Builder experiences, Workspaces, and integrations in Santa Clara, CA.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in ServiceNow development, strong scripting, and hands-on UI Builder/Workspace work, plus migration and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with UI Builder and Workspace development (3+ years).
• Experience with CSP, CSM, Impact, or similar ServiceNow product implementations recommended.
• Experience in platform migration, workspace migration, and legacy portal modernization initiatives.
• Strong scripting and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder.
• Build and configure Workspaces, Pages, Macro Components, Custom Components, and reusable UI patterns.
• Develop and maintain Data Brokers, Client State Parameters, Event Mappings, and Declarative Actions.
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business requirements and UX standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, and UX teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Participate in migration and modernization from Service Portal and legacy experiences to UI Builder.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Scripted APIs, and Integration Hub.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support when required.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, code reviews, and platform governance standards.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture reviews.

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience(Full Stack Developer).
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with UI Builder and Workspace development.
• Experience in CSP, CSM, Impact, custom applications, or similar ServiceNow product implementations is preferred.
• Experience in platform migration, workspace migration, and legacy portal modernization initiatives.
• Strong experience in Scripting & Technical skills.
