Qualifications

Responsibilities

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions across multiple platform modules while delivering modern user experiences and enterprise workflow automation capabilities. This role requires strong hands-on development expertise, integration experience, and knowledge of ServiceNow platform best practices. The ideal candidate will possess deep ServiceNow development skills, experience building complex integrations, and exposure to AI-enabled solutions, including Agentic AI and ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities across multiple modules.
• • Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and related technologies.
• • Create and enhance modern user experiences using ServiceNow platform capabilities and UI frameworks.

• • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled workflow automation opportunities within the ServiceNow platform.
• • Contribute to enterprise automation, digital transformation, and service management initiatives.

CERTIFICATIONS
