Job summary

Jobtailor in Dallas, Texas seeks a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to align architecture with business strategy and roadmaps. You will lead the Platform Support Team, implement best practices, and govern integrations and deployments across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and PPM.

The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow Advanced System Administration, Application Development, and multi-technology integrations, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years as a ServiceNow Platform Architect.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security and architecture.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management and related ITSM disciplines.
• Experience with ServiceNow Advanced System Administration and Application Development.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, TSQL, and AngularJS.
• Experience with Performance Analytics and dashboarding.
• Experience with scoped applications and Workspaces.
• Experience in REST, JDBC, GraphQL integrations via Integration Hub/Flow Designer.
• Clear written communication and ability to document requirements.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and PPM.
• US work authorization required.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.

• Performance Analytics and dashboarding

• Integrations via REST, JDBC, and GraphQL using Integration Hub and Flow Designer
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience with modern ServiceNow features, including Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Mobile Development, UI Builder, and AWA
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Requirements-gathering experience
• Ability to align and document business processes and requirements with a technical implementation
• Experience with middleware and discovery technologies
• Direct experience implementing IT Service Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, IT Operations Management, and Customer Service Management
• Must have the right to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are preferred, including Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS – IT Service Management, CIS – Customer Service Management, and CIS – Project Portfolio Management
