Job description

We are seeking a ServiceNow UI Builder Lead with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing modern user interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow development, scripting, Service Portal, and platform integrations while leading UI development initiatives and delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement user interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using Script Includes and platform scripting.
• Customize and enhance Service Portal components to improve user experience.
• Configure and implement Flow Designer workflows and IntegrationHub integrations.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, and related components.
• Configure and manage Access Control Lists (ACLs) to ensure platform security.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while optimizing platform performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
• Support platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise with ServiceNow UI Builder.
• Experience developing Script Includes and Service Portal solutions.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, AngularJS, or React.
