Job summary

MBI LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy platform enhancements in Richmond, VA. You will build secure integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub, and develop scripted APIs, business rules, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.

The role focuses on configuring ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB) and delivering user-centered experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, and configurable workspaces.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions and platform enhancements in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
• Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML, and monitoring/logging.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow apps and platform enhancements.
