- CTA certification is required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and architecture oversight across ServiceNow implementations and deliveries.
- Lead architecture, design reviews, and ensure solutions meet performance, security, and maintainability requirements.
- Collaborate with customers, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
- Mentor developers and other team members across multiple projects and streams.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and architectural best practices.
