Robotics Technologies LLC in Mountain View, CA seeks a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM. This role demands deep platform expertise, hands-on scripting, and strong leadership to drive standards and governance.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and value-driven ServiceNow capabilities that align with business needs.

Formación

• 15+ years IT experience with strong ServiceNow experience.
• 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, and ITIL frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Define technical architecture, platform standards, best practices, and implementation strategies.
• Design and develop across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Lead ServiceNow platform integrations with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Provide architectural guidance on workflows, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal.
• Oversee customization, configuration, scripting, and application development.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Review technical designs and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, with strong ServiceNow experience.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience leading enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and platform transformations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades, migrations, and governance.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures.
