You will mentor developers and admins, manage release cycles, and ensure alignment with business goals. Strong scripting, integrations, and Agile delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow design, implementation, and administration.
• 2+ years leading technical teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, task planning, code reviews, and QA for developers, admins, and analysts.
• Enforce development standards, scoping best practices, and release workflows to minimize debt.
• Mentor team members on scripting performance, Flow Designer automation, and platform upgrades.
• Architect end-to-end solutions using OOTB functionality across ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, CSDM/CMDB, CSM, HRSD.
• Design integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP Web Services, and Mid Servers.
• Establish CMDB class rules, data reconciliation, Discovery schedules, and CSDM lifecycle alignment.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, architecture diagrams, and release roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Process Owners and IT Operations to prioritize backlog and sprint execution.
• Serve as primary escalation point for critical incidents and complex bug remediation.
