Qualifications

• 8+ years in a professional services org or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Industry domain expertise in target industry.
• Creative, comfortable running projects independently.
• Track record of driving complex issues to resolution.
• Strong collaborative work style.
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow.
• Proficient in leveraging AI to optimize workflows and tailor solutions.
• Ability to articulate AI system design and ethical implications clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller projects and teams focusing on story execution and customer value.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in 12 ServiceNow offerings.
• Guide customers through technical docs and discussions for consistent delivery.
• Coach junior team members on solutioning and project challenges.
• Participate in customer workshops to assess as‑is and future‑state processes.
• Design and deliver ServiceNow insert workflow solutions with scalable architecture.
• Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partners or customers.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to improve processes.
