STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant on behalf of our client in Santa Clara, CA. This is a remote contract opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong expertise in Custom Application Development and hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and/or Agentic AI.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrating AI capabilities into business workflows, and providing technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead technical workstreams and support the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
• Develop scalable solutions following ServiceNow architecture standards and development best practices.
• Leverage GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities to improve workflows, automation, decision-making, and business processes.
• Participate in customer workshops to gather requirements and define current-state and future-state solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, unit testing oversight, and troubleshooting support.
• Identify and resolve complex ServiceNow technical and integration issues.
• Advise stakeholders on effectively leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, solution designs, requirements, and implementation workbooks.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers while promoting ServiceNow development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and product teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, professional services, development, or a related technical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Custom Application Development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and/or Agentic AI.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into workflows, automation, decision-making, or business processes.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform standards, integrations, and development best practices.
• Understanding of AI system design and responsible AI principles.
• Ability to independently design and deliver technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Excellent customer-facing, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading technical projects or workstreams in a consulting environment.
• Relevant ServiceNow certification(s).
• Ability to travel up to 50%, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• AI-related certifications.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
