Job summary

Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc seeks a ServiceNow Administrator to manage daily administration, configuration, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. You will ensure stability, data integrity, and security compliance while supporting ITSM and ITOM workflows for the organization.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in IT or related field, at least five years in IT, and three years in a ServiceNow enterprise support environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required and 5+ years in IT field, 3+ years with ServiceNow enterprise support.
• ServiceNow Certification (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator) required.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and IT service management principles are required.
• Valid Florida driver's license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong analytical and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel to STOF reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure stability and data integrity.
• Coordinate resources and guide applications through the software lifecycle; oversee upgrades and module implementations to leverage ITSM and ITOM best practices.
• Identify stakeholder needs, develop workflows, and manage vendor engagements to support IT and business processes.
