Job summary

IWMS Advisors LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join our IT team in the United States. The role focuses on administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform to keep it stable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and functionality.
• Experience configuring forms, tables, fields, views, notifications, and workflows.
• CSA certification preferred; ITIL knowledge or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Configure and maintain forms, tables, fields, views, workflows, and platform components.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management processes.
• Configure Service Catalog items, approval workflows, notifications, and automation.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Monitor platform health, system logs, scheduled jobs, integrations, and performance.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow incidents, access issues, configuration problems, and workflow failures.
• Support CMDB administration and maintain configuration item data quality.
• Support integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
• Manage update sets and configuration deployments across development, test, and production environments.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, testing, and release activities.
• Perform testing and validation of system changes and enhancements.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configuration records.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and implement platform enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve platform efficiency.
• Ensure ServiceNow configurations follow organizational standards, security requirements, and platform best practices.
