Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer II to design, build, and maintain configurations, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

You will move beyond admin to hands-on development, scripting, Flow Designer automation, REST/SOAP integrations, and CMDB/Discovery configuration, while supporting upgrades and mentoring staff. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, 3–8 years of ServiceNow development experience, and CSA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field; CSA certification preferred.
• 3–8 years of ServiceNow development experience with scripting and integrations.
• Experience with CMDB/Discovery and Flow Designer automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
• Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows and Integrations Hub automations.
• Configure ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules and build custom apps and portal enhancements.
• Design REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server connections; troubleshoot data flows.
