The role involves incident/problem management, integrations with enterprise systems, and driving continuous improvement across IT services. The position is full-time with standard business hours, occasional after-hours support, and in-office collaboration four days per week with one

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years with the ServiceNow platform in development/operations/administration.
• Proven enterprise-scale ServiceNow experience.
• Strong ITSM knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies.
• HRSD/SecOps/GRC exposure preferred.
• ITIL/Agile/DevOps knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow config, scripting, integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and health of the ServiceNow platform.
• Oversee core ITSM modules and integrations (MID Servers, REST/SOAP).
• Lead incident/problem/release management with established SLAs.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports on platform health.
• Coordinate deployments and production readiness reviews.
• Mentor junior admins and promote best practices.
