Job summary

RiverSource Life Insurance Company is seeking a Systems Administrator II for ServiceNow in a hybrid Minneapolis role. You will manage the ServiceNow platform, handle incident and change processes, and drive operational improvements across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.

You will work with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub, delivering reliable platform performance and data integrity while supporting on-call needs and major incidents as required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience in a large enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Platform Operations & Administration: administer ServiceNow, monitor performance, configure instances and governance.
• Manage ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Knowledge; handle queues per SLAs.
• Integrations via MID Servers, REST and SOAP APIs; ensure reliability and data integrity.
• Develop dashboards and reporting; support incident, problem, and release management.
