Job summary

Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator II to join our St. Louis team.

You will independently administer, configure, analyze, test, and modify the ServiceNow platform and related workflows, partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations, automations, and data controls. The role emphasizes governance, security, and platform health in a mid-level capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow administration and related work.
• Experience configuring, analyzing, testing, and modifying ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze business and IT requirements and translate into ServiceNow configurations and data controls.
• Design, configure, document, test, and modify ServiceNow modules and workflows based on requirements.
• Evaluate configuration approaches and recommend scalable solutions for security, compliance, and maintainability.
• Serve as administrator and technical owner for assigned ServiceNow modules (Incident, Request, Change, CMDB, Knowledge).
• Lead or contribute to upgrades, testing, deployment, and post-deployment stabilization.
