Job summary

Bravium Consulting is seeking a skilled ServiceNow System Administrator to support federal government clients. You will administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring security, ITSM processes, CMDB accuracy, and smooth release cycles.

The role collaborates with developers, analysts, architects, and product owners to sustain platform stability and enable efficient business workflows across environments. A strong ServiceNow background and security posture are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
• ServiceNow CIS certification in an applicable domain preferred
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Platform administration: Day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform.
• User & Access Management: Manage users, groups, roles, ACLs, and RBAC for security.
• ITSM Administration: Configure and support core ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• Service Catalog: Configure and maintain Catalog Items, Record Producers, workflows, approvals, and related fulfillment processes.
• Flow Designer & Workflow: Build, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain workflows and Flow Designer flows.
• Platform Configuration: Configure forms, fields, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, notifications, events, and SLAs.
• CMDB & CSDM: Support CMDB administration, CI classes and relationships, data quality.
• Data Management: Manage data imports, Import Sets, Transform Maps, scheduled data loads.
• Deployment & Release Support: Support update sets across environments.
• Platform Maintenance: Instance cloning, upgrades, patches, testing, and release management.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor platform health, investigate issues, and provide production support.
• Reporting: Create dashboards and performance metrics.
• Integrations: Support ServiceNow APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Testing: ATF testing and regression testing.
• Agile Delivery: Participate in sprints and backlog refinement.
