Job summary

Alldus International Consulting Ltd in the United States is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our client in Virginia. You will enhance and maintain a large-scale ServiceNow environment for a federal customer, supporting upgrades and new implementations across a multi-module instance.

Responsibilities include designing and configuring ServiceNow applications, building workflows, integrating with REST/SOAP, and ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance is essential.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Security+ or ServiceNow CAD certification is a bonus.
• Hands-on production experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with large-scale, complex ServiceNow instances.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps or CSM modules.
• Experience supporting federal government or DoD customers with relevant security and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow applications and core platform capabilities.
• Create workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, catalog items and other platform components.
• Assist with platform upgrades, testing, issue remediation and post-upgrade validation.
• Develop and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST and SOAP.
• Write clean, scalable JavaScript in line with standards.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Deliver solutions that comply with federal security, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve defects, performance issues and production support requests.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
