Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a motivated intern to join the ServiceNow Support and Operations team. The internship provides hands-on experience with ServiceNow, a leading IT service management platform.

The intern will assist in providing technical support, managing operations, and ensuring smooth functioning of the ServiceNow system. This role offers exposure to daily operations, collaboration with a team, and opportunities to learn about process improvements and reporting in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a GPA of at least 3.0.
Strong self-starter with good communication and teamwork.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Foundational knowledge of cloud applications.
Foundational understanding of a software development language.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members on new features and updates.
Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
Document processes, procedures, and best practices for future reference.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to operations planning and execution.
