Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a motivated intern for the ServiceNow Support and Operations team in Atlanta. You will assist in daily operations, provide technical end-user support, and collaborate on new features to keep the ServiceNow platform running smoothly.

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience with IT service management, analytics, and operations planning while working in a flexible hybrid environment with mentoring and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• College student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $24.23 - $36.35/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Basic Qualifications

• College student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer-Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline with a GPA of at least 3.0

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Foundational understanding Microsoft Office 365 software products
