You will help with daily operational tasks, provide end-user support, and collaborate on feature updates. Qualifications

• College student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer-Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline with a GPA of at least 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

• Collaborate with team members on new features and updates.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Document processes, procedures, and best practices for future reference.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operations planning and execution.
