Qualifications

• Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies related to stories, epics, and sprints.
• Capable of meeting tight schedules with high attention to detail while managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules with guidance from seniors.
• Assist in creating Service Portal pages and Workspaces.
• Perform unit testing and support remediation of defects.
• Develop technical documentation and update user stories with details.
