Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical end-user support and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Collaborate on new features and updates with team members.
• Monitor performance and generate reports to identify improvements.
• Document processes, procedures and best practices for future reference.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operations planning.

Hourly base pay rate is $24.23 - $36.35/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Basic Qualifications
