Qualifications

• College student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, information systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical end-user support and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Collaborate on new features and updates with team members.
• Monitor performance and generate reports to identify improvements.
• Document processes, procedures and best practices for future reference.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operations planning.
