Job summary

CDW seeks a Sr. Solution Architect I to act as the primary technical owner of the internal ServiceNow instance and as the face of the development team to CDW, customers, and the ServiceNow support group. You will guide architecture, scoping, design, and testing while ensuring governance and best practices across the platform.

You will mentor developers, oversee delivery quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT engineering or equivalent with 5+ years' IT eng experience.
Experience leading technical teams and solving complex problems.
Familiarity with ITIL and web services integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead technical consultants and developers in delivering services per governance and SLAs.
Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for internal support and development teams.
Ensure quality, mentor engineers, and drive process improvements.
Define architectural designs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee onboarding with new clients and ensure documentation and knowledge transfer.
