Zusammenfassung

Opensity Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Architect & Technical Delivery leader to own the architecture, standards, and delivery quality across ServiceNow engagements. You will coach developers, partner with product management, and ensure scalable, upgrade-ready solutions for internal and client-facing services.

The role requires expertise across ITSM/ITOM/CSM modules, strong scripting, and excellent stakeholder communication to drive high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Plus).
• Experience delivering through a ServiceNow partner, professional services, or managed services.
• Experience setting technical standards, governance, or delivery frameworks for a development team.
• Strong track record coaching, mentoring, and developing technical talent.
• Excellent client-facing communication, with experience presenting architecture decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript/Glide API), integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server), and the CSDM.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the development and architecture of ServiceNow instances, including platform design, integrations, data model, and application architecture.
• Develop and maintain technical delivery standards, governance, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
• Coach and mentor ServiceNow developers and consultants, raising the technical bar through code and architecture reviews.
• Align technical delivery approaches with the services roadmap for internal and external engagements.
• Drive delivery quality, platform performance, and client satisfaction across engagements.
• Lead architecture reviews and solution designs for complex/high-risk implementations; act as technical escalation point.
• Evaluate platform decisions across ITSM, ITOM, and other modules for upgrade readiness.
• Support pre-sales and scoping with architecture input, effort estimates, and risk assessments.
• Monitor platform health and technical debt; recommend remediation across managed environments.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and best practices; share findings across practice.
