In this senior IC role, collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, secure solutions, guide upgrades, and ensure data integrity. Strong ServiceNow experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise or solution architecture.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow design, configuration, and implementation.
• Deep Now Platform knowledge: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB/CSDM.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, MID Server, ETL.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for ServiceNow.
• Develop platform roadmap, instance strategy, and technical standards.
• Lead architectural decisions and design reviews.
• Govern integrations and establish reusable patterns and standards.
• Guide developers and implementation partners throughout delivery.
• Own CMDB health and data governance across the platform.
• Provide technical validation, testing, and knowledge transfer.
