Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of advisory/consulting experience in ServiceNow or business environments.
• Strong API, integration, data architecture, workflow integration, security and source systems knowledge.
• Experience designing secure, scalable ServiceNow integration patterns across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advisory and consulting services aligned to client business objectives and technology strategies.
• Assess client environments, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Lead client engagements and ensure high-quality deliverables, outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
