Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our award-winning Customer team in the United States. You will lead development of customer applications for work order management, scheduling, and dispatch, while collaborating with stakeholders to define key functionality in a custom ServiceNow instance.

You will enhance event rules, support discovery and CMDB bindings, and interact with SMEs to map services. Strong TSM/OMT experience and ServiceNow development skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with TSM/OMT in ServiceNow.
• Ability to communicate and implement TSM/OMT solutions.
• Develop interfaces for user audiences in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer applications for Work Order management, scheduling and dispatch.
