Job summary

NewRocket, a global ServiceNow and AI-focused partner, seeks a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead FSO delivery for large insurance programs. You will anchor engagements in FSO and collaborate across CSM and FSM, guiding workshops and architecting scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will mentor engineers, craft architectural blueprints, and ensure successful delivery. Expect ongoing training and certifications as part of our crew’s growth.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for FSO programs and represent the engineering team to customers.
• Facilitate customer workshops to capture requirements across policy servicing, claims, and customer service.
• Define FSO solutions aligned with client needs and ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide architects with blueprints and requirements for FSO, CSM, and FSM implementations.
• Write and estimate stories, monitor engineering work, and ensure delivery quality.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers.
• Partner with Project Managers to manage scope and resolve issues.
• Conduct demos, deliver documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Publish technical documentation in the company repository.
• Research industry trends to propose enhancements to FSO products.
