Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer specializing in TSM/OMT to enhance customer ServiceNow environments and deliver robust work order, scheduling, and dispatch solutions. As part of a global team, you will translate stakeholder needs into scalable ServiceNow implementations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize CMDB bindings, and engage with technical SMEs to support service mapping and event workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with TSM/OMT in ServiceNow.
• Ability to communicate and implement TSM/OMT solutions.
• Experience developing interfaces for Service Portals or custom apps.
• Experience with REST interfaces to ServiceNow internal services and APIs.
• Knowledge of distributed enterprise web services and data persistence.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer applications for Work Order management, scheduling and dispatch.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key functionality within the custom ServiceNow instance.
• Enhance ServiceNow event rules to ensure proper CMDB binding.
• Interact with SMEs to gather environment information to support service map and event work.
