Job summary

NewRocket is hiring a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the delivery of Financial Services Operations (FSO) solutions for large insurance and financial services client programs. You will anchor engagements in FSO and collaborate with CSM and FSM product lines, translating business challenges into scalable, auditable ServiceNow solutions.

You will guide workshops, design architectures, mentor engineers, and ensure alignment with client goals and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of SaaS/enterprise software development experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• Proven hands-on experience designing and delivering ServiceNow FSO solutions.
• Experience in the insurance industry with core processes like policy servicing and claims.
• CSM data model knowledge is a plus.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for FSO programs.
• Facilitate customer workshops to capture and define requirements across insurance operations.
• Define FSO solutions aligned with client business problems and ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide engineers with architectural blueprints and requirements for FSO/CSM implementations.
• Write and estimate stories, monitor engineers' work, and ensure delivery quality.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers.
• Partner with Project Managers to manage scope creep and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct demos, deliver documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Draft and publish technical and process documentation in the company repository.
• Demonstrate effective use of AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Leverage AI to streamline processes and generate insights.
