Job summary

NewRocket, an AI-first Elite ServiceNow Partner, seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design and implement AI-driven workflows on the Now Platform. You will integrate NLP, predictive analytics, and automation across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and ensure reliable deployments.

Candidates should have 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong REST/SOAP, scripting, and ETL experience, with ITIL certs preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementation, administration, and development.
Strong experience with ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Now Assist)
Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Now Assist features
Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and ETL integrations
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform
Integrate ML, NLP, and predictive analytics into ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)
Manage all aspects of application development, including design, coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting
Configure integrations between ServiceNow via REST/SOAP web and other applications
Participate in user acceptance testing and remediate production incidents
