Job summary

NewRocket, a global ServiceNow and AI partner, seeks a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead FSO implementations for large insurance and financial services programs. You will anchor engagements in FSO and collaborate across CSM and FSM, guiding workshops and translating business challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

You will mentor engineers, write architectural blueprints, and ensure delivery quality while aligning with client goals.

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software company.
3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with a deep understanding of its architecture.
Proven hands‑on experience designing and delivering ServiceNow FSO solutions.
Experience with CSM and FSM and understanding of the data model.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for FSO programs and represent the engineering team to insurance and financial services customers.
Facilitate customer workshops to capture and define requirements across insurance operations such as policy servicing, claims, and customer service.
Define FSO solutions aligned with the client’s business problems and ServiceNow best practices.
Provide engineers with architectural blueprints and requirements for FSO, CSM, and FSM implementations.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers, aligning tasks to each engineer’s skill set.
