Job summary

The ideal candidate will design prototype SNOW solutions, analyze high level requirements, map them to the right SNOW modules, and provide executive reporting on pipeline and recommendations, while collaborating with clients, PMs, and developers in a multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive SNOW solutions architecture experience across ITSM, HR, CSM, and SPM.
• Ability to prototype solutions using SNOW testing instances.
• Analyze high-level requirements and map to SNOW modules.
• Assist SNOW Program Manager with intake tracking and reporting.
• Help manage and update the SNOW roadmap.
• Strong communication for presenting assessments to business users and executives.
• Provide executive reporting on SNOW pipeline and recommendations.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments and cross-functional teams.
• Assist SNOW users with troubleshooting and guidance.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow (SNOW) solutions architecture. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert on SNOW and all its modules, including ITSM, HR, CSM, and SPM.

• Must have extensive solutions architecture experience with SNOW.
• Ability to create prototype solutions using SNOW training/testing instances.
• Analyze high-level requirements and recommend the appropriate SNOW module and functionality that best meets the need.
• Assist the client's SNOW Program Manager with tracking and reporting on SNOW intake requests.
• Help manage and update the SNOW roadmap.
• Excellent communication skills are required to effectively convey information about solution assessments to business users and executives.
• Provide executive reporting on the SNOW pipeline, assessments, and recommendations.
• Experience and ability to work in a multi-vendor environment, building relationships and working harmoniously with clients, PMs, and developers from other entities.
• Assist SNOW users with troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on the use of SNOW functionality.
